Thirteen miles west the town of Greensburg has the oldest courthouse west of the Alleghenies. Built in 1803, the building now houses a museum. There are a variety of other buildings on the National Register of Historic Places, including a 1796 log cabin, the old railroad depot, and a 445-foot walking bridge.
