HIG Field has been home to the Campbellsville University baseball program since 1983. Since 1991, the Tigers have 464 wins at home, entering the 2017 season.

Nesseled in the southeastern corner of campus, HIG Field sits behind the Student Activities Center and Shely Science Center. The field presents a friendly confines feel with fans able to watch from their dorm room windows in South Hall, located down the left field line, or from the Men's Village Phase I, located beyond the right field fence. Finley Stadum and Citizens Bank Field line the right field line.

The facility features a press box built into the backstop, which also includes an umpire dresing room, bathroom and stroage area. It is wired with multiple phone lines, ethernet cables and wifi. Each dugout is equiped with a bathroom. The Tigers home bullpen was renovated in 2010 behind the scoreboard beyond the rightfield fence. The visitors bullpen is located in foul territory down the leftfield line.

Playing Surface: HIG Field is a natural grass facility, featuring a bermuda turf grass infield. It is top dressed with winter rye grass. The outfield turf is a Kentucky Bluegrass mixture. The dirt used at HIG Field is a clay, sand and silica mixtue. It is top dressed with a Pro's Choice Infield Conditioner. Each year, the Tigers add soil and conditioner to the field.

Locker Room: The baseball club house is located in the Hawkins Athletic Center. The pro-style locker room houses up to 60 lockers for both varsity and JV players. 

The amenities that are included in the locker room are lounge area for players and coaches with a flat screen LCD TV, storage area for equipment, and two industrial size washer and dryers for laundry. 

Offices are located outside the locker room and upstairs in Hawkins Athletic Center. They are all equipped with flat-screen tv's for video analysis and chairs & couches for players to walk in at any time and meet with the coaches.
