It features a family room with a gas fireplace, a new kitchen with ample seating for 10, two bedrooms on the main floor (one king bed and two twins), a full bathroom, and a private master retreat on the second floor with a king bed, TV, and laundry facilities. The cottage includes new kitchen appliances and a washer/dryer.

Outside, you can relax on the spacious patio under large mature trees, enjoy backyard BBQs on outdoor furniture, and take advantage of ample parking for large boats and vehicles. The cottage is located on the edge of a 50-acre farm with open fields, wildlife, and chickens for natural pest control.

The location is convenient, with proximity to Smith Ridge boat ramp (0.9 miles), Emerald Isle Marina and beach (1.7 miles), and the city center and Campbellsville University (4 miles) with access to restaurants and grocery stores.
