- Follow trails around Tebbs Bend Civil Warbattlefield and adjacent 200-year-old working farm, The Homestead at Green River, that serves as Kentucky’s Outdoor Classroom.
- Take in the trails and mature trees and forest at Clay Hill Memorial Forest and its impressive Regional Education Center, a hub for environmental education and research managed by Campbellsville University.
- Enjoy mountain biking, horseback riding or camping on a network of trails that meander through beautiful Green River Lake State Park.
- Enjoy an urban walk along Trace-Pitman Greenway or a bike ride throughout downtown Campbellsville to take in the charm of its historic district, parks and campus trails.

Enjoy a night of music on the Farm. Campbellsville native Collin White will share his musical talent with a family-oriented and alcohol and drug-free concert at The Homestead on Green River. Colin has released two singles. “Still Standing” has reached #18 on the iTunes Christian Charts and “Keep Respect” was released last year. Bring your chairs or blankets for this outdoor concert.

Big Top fun when the circus comes to town! Great Pages Circus is coming to Taylor County Fair Grounds. Think acrobats and aerial acts, incredible juggling feats and clowns – you gotta have the clowns. With ponies, horses, camels and a lot of high-speed motor antics, you’ll be on the edge of your seat and entertained all night!

The Farmer’s Market Association of Taylor County provides a feel-good environment for the whole family and provides the small farming community with income. What a great time of year to stock up on seasonal produce for your own farm-to-table experience and choose your fall decorations and decor--pumpkins, gourds, colorful corn, hay and perennial vegetables and flower plants for your fall planting. Don’t leave without baked goods, jams and jellies…a great reason to visit.
